Before we moved permanently to the Costa del Sol, as owners, unfortunately we found that there was always something to be taken care of when we arrived. Therefore, our holiday did not start from the first day.
The Always Marbella Property Management service takes care of these matters while you are not here, from as little as € 12.00 per week (2/3 bedroom apartment).
Visits are made weekly to your property. We ensure that your property is in good order, clean and ready for occupation at all times.

Key holding.
Checking complete property, airing whole property as well as running all sanitary ware
Checking that all electricity, water and gas, where applicable, are in full working order.
Laundry and cleaning service.
Rental management of property, if desired.
Helping clients set up direct debits for community fees, local taxes and utilities.

Immediate contact with owner upon discovery of any faults or damage and agree solution.
Membership of Always Marbella Airport transfer service. (See rates below).

Marbella has grown from a small town to a small busy cosmopolitan city. Famous over the years, for being the playground of the rich and famous, today Marbella is a residential town as well as a holiday town.

A modern and fast motorway will take you from the airport to your property in a short time.
A very high standard of living, comparable to any European country: shops with international products, trendy boutiques, high quality service, modern hospitals and motorways, international schools, theatres, museums, cultural clubs, internet lines, etc.
